These terms and conditions apply to the use of this Website, Luxuriouslook.co.uk, and by using or placing an order you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out below.

This Website is created and controlled by Luxurious Look Ltd. The website is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom although you may have additional rights under your local law if you are purchasing as a consumer.

Before you place an order if you have any questions regarding our terms and conditions please contact Customer Service.

The personal information which you are required to provide when placing an order or registering as a customer should be true, accurate, current and complete; and you should notify us immediately of any changes by contacting Customer Services via info@luxuriouslook.co.uk

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, Luxuriouslook.co.uk (or any part thereof) with or without notice and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website.
  • and/or
  • Change the Terms and Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of Luxuriouslook.co.uk (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Terms and Conditions have been changed.

Placing an Order

All emails to you from Luxuriouslook.co.uk will be addressed as supplied when you registered. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order please contact us as it is possible you may have spam filtering or the email provided was misspelt. Luxuriouslook.co.uk will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register.

The procedure required, creating the contract between you and us are as follows:

  • You will place the order for products on Luxuriouslook website by pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process.
  • We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
  • When your order is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
  • Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you Luxuriouslook will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  • Our fraud checks highlight a potential problem with the payment method used.
  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
  • If your selected delivery country is not accepted by us.
  • The identification of a pricing error.

Luxuriouslook.co.uk reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual customer, you would be notified by email if this should occur.

At busy periods some orders may take between 2 and 3 days to be dispatched. We cannot guarantee the speed of the Royal Mail so please allow up to 10 business days before logging a claim.

Cancellations

We cannot make any changes to your order once it is placed.  for example, your order might be picked and packed within a matter of minutes after being placed.  

You can however still cancel your entire order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Once your order has been received, you will need to return the entire order to us to action this method of cancellation, please see our Returns Policy.  

Payment Methods

We accept payment in GBP (£)

For payments made in GBP we accept most debit and credit cards, (Visa, Maestro, Visa Electron and MasterCard). We also accept payment through PayPal for GBP and online wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We do not hold any credit card details on our servers or in our admin area. All payments are processed securely through our approved payment provider's website which meets a secure high industry standard.

We do not sell products to under 16's but orders can be made by your parent or guardian.

Product Descriptions

Each product we retail on Luxuriouslook.co.uk is sold subject to its description. We try to make every effort to reproduce true colours on Luxuriouslook.co.uk, but please be aware that the many different types of devices used to view our website, can cause some inaccurancy. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the item you have ordered, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all products.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on Luxuriouslook are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.

Returns Policy

If you would like to return your order, please contact us via email info@luxuriouslook.co.uk prior to sending your parcel back. We accept returns on all unopened orders, as long as you notify us and it is returned within 14 days of receipt of the order. 

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered an incorrect item or the item is faulty. Please ensure that you keep a copy of your proof of postage, as we can't be held responsible for goods that have either been damaged or lost in transit.

Goods must be returned in their original, sealed packaging and re-saleable. (This does not affect your statutory rights). If you do receive a damaged item, please do not dispose of this without prior written confirmation from us as we may require it returned (at our expense). In the interests of hygiene, we are unable to exchange or refund any product that has been used or shows signs of use.

Preparing a Return

Please package your product(s) securely. You will also need to include a brief note including your name and address, preferably the order number and an explanation as to why you are returning the product(s).

Courier return

In the case of a parcel being returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address being provided or the customer not collecting from their postal office / depot, a re-delivery cost of £5.00 will be charged. Customers will be contacted via email should a parcel be returned to us. If we don’t hear back from the customer within 5 working days, the order will be cancelled and refunded in line with our charges and a processing fee of £10 will be charged.

If the customer chooses to cancel the order in this instance instead of re-posting, a cancellation fee of £5 will be deducted from the refund amount in line with our charges and a processing fee of £10 will be charged.

Faulty, Damaged, Poor Quality or Incorrect Item Received

We will always do our best to ensure that your product(s) arrive correctly and in perfect condition. However, occasionally mistakes do occur or items are damaged in transit. Please check your product(s) on receipt and report any issues to us as within 7 days.

If you think the products received are of poor quality, incorrect, faulty or damaged, the following applies:

  • Within 14 days of receipt of the goods we will offer you a full refund, including any postage you paid.
  • Damaged products will be replaced or refunded but we must be notified within 24 Hours of receipt.
  • If you prefer and the product is still available, a replacement can be sent.
  • As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to product(s) that are faulty, received damaged or not as described.

VAT & Sales Taxes

VAT on orders dispatched within the UK and European Union (EU) are all pre-paid by us. You can shop with confidence at Luxuriouslook knowing that the price you see, is the price you pay.

Please note: We have no control over taxes and fees on orders sent outside of the UK. Please contact your local customs office for details of any possible charges prior to placing your order.

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation.

You have the right to ask about the personal data we process about you, to rectify your data, or to delete your information, to withdraw your consent given for processing of personal data, or to remove you from our mailing lists.

Security and Privacy

Luxuriouslook.co.uk respects your privacy and only collects the information necessary to facilitate the delivery of our products to our Customers. All information is kept confidential and secured. We may periodically send emails to our Customers informing them of updates to our services.

Our Website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Certain areas of our site use industry standard SSL to encrypt sensitive data, such as your billing address details. We record IP address of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully co-operate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers.

We collect contact and delivery information (e.g. name, address and email address). For your added security all payment pages are hosted and processed by Paypal or Braintree Payment Services which means that we don't hold records of your credit card details.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Luxuriouslook.co.uk utilises cookies to enable our systems to recognise your browser and to provide personalised features which includes adding products to the basket.

We, luxuriouslook.co.uk may amend this policy when required.

Should you wish to close your account, please contact our customer services. Once you cancel your account you will no longer be able to view your orders online or receive e-mails from us. You can re-register at a later date using the same email address, however any historic order information will not be available to view.

Voucher Codes

We may make promotional voucher codes available for discounts or free gifts. Voucher Codes remain valid for the durations stated in our promotional materials, at the sole discretion of Luxuriouslook and may be discontinued at any time without prior notice. Customers may only redeem either one voucher code, or a single promotional gift, per order.

 

Gift Cards


1 . From time to time, we offer gift cards which can be used to redeem a discount on your order. Luxurious Look reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time. This does not affect your legal rights. Use of your gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. Luxurious Look gift cards remain the property of Luxurious Look who maintains the right to cancel the card in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or as a result of circumstances beyond its control).
2. The value of your Luxurious Look gift card can be redeemed online at www.luxuriouslook.co.uk, provided the gift card is redeemed within the redemption period. The expiry date will be clearly marked on your gift card. A gift card cannot be used after the expiry date and will become invalid and no longer available for use. We have no obligation to remind or inform you of a gift card’s expiry and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that any balance is used in full prior to expiry.
3. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Gift cards can be redeemed against any products available to buy at luxuriouslook.co.uk. There is no minimum spend. Gift cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of an online order.
5. A gift card can only be used once per customer, and the full balance of the gift card must be used in a single transaction
6. You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your gift card. In cases where your gift card is lost or stolen, Luxurious Look is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance.
7. Any goods paid for using a gift card that are subsequently returned for a refund will be credited to the original payment method. For returns where part payment was taken from a gift card, the refund will be credited to you with a replacement gift card of the same value. If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by gift card, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used by you (i.e. debit/credit card or cash).

Free Gifts

Free gifts are offered subject to stock availability and on a first come first served basis. We will always seek to ensure a reasonable stock of any free item is available before running a free gift promotion. If your free gift is no longer available we will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible either during checkout, or by email.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Luxuriouslook logo, page headers, custom graphics and button icons are the property of Luxurious Look Ltd and may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not offered by us in any manner that is likely to cause confusion amongst our Customers, or discredit Luxuriouslook.co.uk.

Prior written confirmation is required for any use of the company names or logos cited within this site, or of the respective owners.

Mobile Terms of Service

The Luxurious Look Ltd mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Luxurious Look Ltd (“Luxurious Look Ltd”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Luxurious Look Ltd’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Luxurious Look Ltd through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Luxurious Look Ltd. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Lux Look or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Luxurious Look Ltd mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
