Transforming unruly, frizzy hair with its innovative formulation, this smoothing hair primer gives immediate results you will love. This water-like, weightless, concentrated treatment instantly gives high shine and manageability to all hair types without any processing time - perfect for those who are time poor and need rapid results on their unmanageable tresses.

How it works:
The Davines OI range is formulated with Roucou oil, a natural ingredient native to the Amazon rainforest. Roucou oil is known for it’s nourishing properties, replenishing dry or weakened hair to leave it feeling soft, smooth and shiny. Rich in beta carotene, it promotes hair growth and it’s strong antioxidant action helps protect your hair against life’s daily stresses including UV rays.

The formula of the OI Liquid Luster is rich in hydrating agents and the liquid texture allows them to be directly in contact with the hair fibre without any type of barrier: this allows an instant illuminating effect that requires no processing time, and it is suitable for all hair types. These hydrating agents 'film' the hair and smooth its surface for an immediate polishing effect. The final result is compact hair texture and extreme glass-like shine without heaviness.

The precise applicator nozzle and dose indicator markers make it effortless to distribute through the hair.

How to use:
Apply the OI Shampoo evenly, gently massaging into the scalp before rinsing thoroughly. Repeat if required. After shampooing, squeeze out any excess water from the hair and apply the Davines OI Liquid Luster directly on to the mid-lengths and ends - we recommend around 20ml - 40ml dependent on hair type and length. Massage to fully saturate. Rinse thoroughly. Proceed with the OI Conditioner or OI Hair Butter. Apply your conditioner evenly to damp hair through the mid-lengths to tips. Leave to rest for 2-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.

This is an instant shine treatment for cosmetic effect so can be used daily as part of your hair routine. Simply add this extra stage into your hair wash whenever you want added shine and softness.

For best results:
This weightless, liquid treatment will complement your hair regime to boost smoothness and shine. For best results, use the OI Liquid Luster after shampooing with Davines OI Shampoo and before using the OI Conditioner or OI Hair Butter. The OI Liquid Luster is not a conditioning treatment, so dependent on your hair needs, you can forgo conditioning and just use the OI Liquid Luster followed by the Davines OI All In One Milk.

Davines Oi Liquid Luster - Fabulously shiny results!

This product was gifted as part of a review panel. So this is how you achieve super shiny hair just like you’ve stepped out of a hair salon but at home! The Davines hair range has long been popular in my household not just for the products themselves but I particularly like their commitment to ethical sourcing and sustainability. Davines Oi Liquid is a product which I have been trying for a few weeks now. I have thick dark straight hair which is coloured regularly. The product has made my hair noticeably softer and definitely super shiny. And is so quick and easy to use. So much so that my 15 year old daughter asked if she could try it herself. Her hair is fairly thick and wavy which she finds difficult at times to maintain. This product has not only added shine but has made her hair much softer and more manageable. Definitely one I can throughly recommend!

Honestly... Wow! I'm always seeking out products to control my messy mop and this one is definitely a keeper. My hair is blonde, frizzy and I leave it to dry naturally most days unless going out then I will make an effort and use a hairdryer and straightener. My hair immediately felt so silky soft and less frizzy and that's with leaving it to dry naturally. I think if I was going to style it with straighteners, it would look so polished and shiny (like how my hairdresser gets it). Best part is you don't have to wait for it to process, its instant which is good for me as don't have much time getting ready with two children. I would defo recommend.
