5. Our Contract

No contract exists between you and Luxurious Look for the sale of any products until we have received and accepted your order and full payment has been received in cleared funds. Once this has taken place, a binding legal contract is formed between us.

When you place an order with Luxurious Look, you will receive an order acknowledgement email confirming the details of your purchase.

Acceptance of your order does not take place until payment has been taken and the order acknowledgement email has been issued. At this point, a binding legal contract is created and is subject to these terms and conditions.

Payment for products and delivery charges may be made using any payment method displayed on our website at the time of purchase. Payment is taken when we receive your order, following verification of payment details and stock availability. All products are subject to availability. If we are unable to supply an item, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund.

All orders are processed in GBP (Great British Pounds) and any refunds will also be made in GBP. Luxurious Look is not responsible for any exchange rate charges applied by banks or payment providers when processing refunds on orders placed outside the UK.

Luxurious Look reserves the right to refuse orders where customer details cannot be verified, or where bulk or high-value purchases raise concerns. Payment will not be authorised, and goods will not be supplied, unless we are satisfied that the order is genuine.

Completion of sale is conditional on products being used in line with the manufacturer’s guidelines and recommendations. Luxurious Look accepts responsibility only for the supply and delivery of products.

All products should be patch tested prior to full use to assess suitability. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine whether a product is appropriate for their skin. While advice may be provided by email or telephone, Luxurious Look cannot accept responsibility for adverse skin reactions. If a reaction occurs, a reaction form must be completed accurately. This may be required by Luxurious Look and, in some cases, the manufacturer. The information will be passed to the manufacturer, and any outcome will be at their discretion.

All products purchased from Luxurious Look are for personal use only and must not be resold.

6. Product Descriptions, Pricing of Products and Promotions

Product descriptions and prices shown on our website are correct at the time you place your order. Descriptions and prices may change at any time without notice. Prices displayed on our website are the same regardless of delivery destination.

All prices shown include VAT for deliveries within the United Kingdom. Luxurious Look Limited VAT number is 341270141. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, VAT is not charged, however the total price remains the same.

Product descriptions on the Luxurious Look website are provided by manufacturers or distributors. Descriptions relate to individual products only, and results or skin reactions may vary depending on how products are used and what they are used alongside.

Please be aware that medications, including prescription treatments, tablets, hormonal changes, and professional skin or beauty treatments may affect product results or reactions. Customers are responsible for patch testing products before use and for checking compatibility with any relevant personal factors. Luxurious Look cannot accept responsibility for adverse reactions.

While most products are held in stock, there is no guarantee that all items will be available for same-day fulfilment. If, due to stock availability, we believe we are unlikely to deliver products within 10 working days of receiving your order, we will contact you within that period to agree a revised delivery date or issue a refund for the affected items. A confirmation email will be sent if a refund is processed.

Every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy. If a pricing error is identified, Luxurious Look will notify you as soon as possible and offer the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If no response is received within 28 days, the order will be cancelled automatically. Any amounts paid will be refunded in full.

Free samples included with orders may vary by brand and quantity, depending on availability.

Currency rates provided by Luxurious Look are based on the base currency rate supplied by xe.com. Your bank or card provider may apply a different exchange rate. Our currency service is provided as a guide only.

We take care to keep ingredient information accurate and up to date. However, formulations may change from time to time. For the most current ingredient information, please refer to the product packaging. Ingredient lists and product images on our website are intended as a guide only.

Free gifts cannot be applied to orders placed before the promotion begins. Free gift promotions are limited to one per customer while the promotion is active.

Free gifts are not applicable to gift card purchases.

Customers attempting to place multiple orders to obtain more than one free gift will receive one gift only.

Luxurious Look reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time without notice.

7. Delivery & Returns Policy

Please read our Delivery and Returns policies, which form part of these Terms and Conditions and govern your use of our website, so you can understand our delivery and returns practices:

Reactions to Products

Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to patch test any product prior to use. Always check compatibility of purchased products with any other factors that may affect the results described.

If you have followed the above guidance but believe you have experienced a reaction to a product, you must report this in writing to Luxurious Look as soon as possible. Customers must notify us of any product reactions within 28 days of receiving their order.

Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be required to complete a Product Reaction Authorisation Form, and the product(s) concerned may need to be returned to the manufacturer for further assessment. Where required, the form must be completed in full within 48 hours of being issued and must be supported by photographs of the reaction. Photographs must be taken within 24 hours of the reaction occurring. In some cases, customers may be advised to contact the brand directly. This will be confirmed by our Customer Services team.

If a return, refund, or replacement is required due to a reaction, Luxurious Look will provide full instructions during email correspondence.

Royal Mail Claims – Terms & Conditions

We take every care to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. In the rare event that a Royal Mail delivery is delayed or goes missing, the following terms apply to the claims and resolution process.

1. Investigation Timeframe

We are unable to raise a claim with Royal Mail for missing or undelivered parcels until 7 working days have passed since the last tracking update. Once this period has elapsed, we will submit a formal claim on your behalf. Royal Mail’s investigation process may take 28 to 35 working days from the date the claim is submitted. In some cases, this timeframe cannot be shortened, and we must wait for Royal Mail’s outcome before proceeding with any replacement or refund.

2. Ongoing Communication

We understand that delivery issues can be frustrating. Our team will support you throughout the investigation and keep you informed of any meaningful updates. Please note that we are reliant on Royal Mail’s internal procedures and timeframes for resolution.

3. Your Rights

Luxurious Look cannot accept liability for parcels that are left in a safe place, with a neighbour, or delivered to a forwarding agency address. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels addressed to a parcel forwarding company and are under no obligation to offer replacements or refunds for items reported as missing in these circumstances.

Nothing in this process affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable consumer protection legislation. We remain committed to resolving delivery issues fairly, clearly, and in line with your legal rights.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work with Royal Mail to resolve any delivery issues as efficiently and thoroughly as possible.

8. Republic of Ireland Customers

If goods are ordered for delivery to the Republic of Ireland, import duties and taxes, including VAT, may be incurred once your order reaches its destination. Luxurious Look is not responsible for these charges and is unable to calculate or estimate them in advance. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information on applicable costs and procedures. As the purchaser, you are the importer of record and are responsible for ensuring that your order complies with local import laws and regulations.

Please note that parcels may be inspected by customs on arrival, and Luxurious Look cannot guarantee that packaging will remain free from signs of inspection. United Kingdom consumer protection laws may not apply outside the UK.

If, after placing an order, you choose not to pay the required customs charges, the parcel may be returned to Luxurious Look. Any refund issued will be reduced by the customs charges, any courier return costs (where applicable), and the original dispatch costs paid by Luxurious Look.

9. Communications

When you visit the Luxurious Look website or contact us by email, you are communicating with us electronically. We may communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the website. You agree that all written communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement for written communication. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where possible, Luxurious Look will respond to emails within 24 hours, excluding weekends and bank holidays, either by email or telephone.

Subject to the provisions below, if you are a consumer, Luxurious Look shall not be liable for any loss or damage where:

a) There has been no breach of a legal duty owed to you by Luxurious Look or its employees or agents
b) The loss or damage was not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach
c) Any loss or damage was increased as a result of your breach of these terms and conditions

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

If you are a business customer, Luxurious Look shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any related costs, expenses, or claims arising out of or in connection with your order, however caused.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
